The service and facilities provided have proven why this hotel deserves a 4-star or 5-star rating. Daily housekeeping ensured that our room was kept clean and tidy, with amenities restocked and towels changed as needed. The location was also great! You can easily travel to the Gangnam shopping district by bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

위치가 좋았고, 화장실 청결. 조식 메뉴와 퀄리티, 사우나가 있어 피로를 풀기 좋았음.

객실 베게중 한개에 타인의 머리카락(아주 얇고 짧은)이 세개 있었음. 밤에 자는 중에 에어컨 조절기가 저절로 40도 이상으로 세팅이 올라가 1시간 40분 간격으로 경고음이 울려 잠을 깼고, 그 사이에 또 한번은 침대옆 라이트 조절기에서 알람? 같은 멜로디가 울려서 한 번 또 깸...........

The location was great. The staff was really nice during check in and check out. View was decent too.

When I stayed most things were closed for the holiday, not a bad thing though!

Close to subway and buses, good breakfast.

The reception staff seemed lost. at time with simple request and their English was minimal at times.

The laundry services and restaurants in the hotel are very expensive
