Great room with a nice view. Friendly, helpful staff. There was a cleanliness issue when I arrived and it was addressed right away. Great location. Would recommend to anyone and would return in the future.
In room dining is only available 11AM - 3PM. That is not a realistic for work travelers. There is in fact no food available in the hotel after 3PM. Staff encourages you to order out. After a long day out, in-room dining is functional well after 3PM.

Location was great. And the size of room and bathroom was sufficient.
I wish there were better amenities in the bathroom. and a proper storage room at the lobby for luggage for security.

The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Plenty of space and comfortable bed. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating.
The location isn’t as accessible as I thought it would be. There are a lot of buses near the hotel to take you back into Gangnam but the area around the hotel doesn’t have a lot of facilities like restaurants.
