Beautiful cottage, fantastic location.

Well equipped, comfortable, good location opposite a pub

No outside space to sit and it was very warm when we were there

Lovely property in a fantastic location and all the facilities we could have needed. The pub opposite served great food and the staff and locals were very friendly. There are walking rites almost to the front door with some fantastic hikes and incredible views

Nothing not to like! Parking is on the street outside and first come first serve but even with 2 cars for ourselves and my brothers family all staying here together we never struggled to park right outside

Location, number of rooms and beds and size was perfect. Stocked kitchen for what we needed. Linen, towels and soap/cleaning things all provided.

Run by Sykes Cottages (a management company) that are really poor communicators, almost impossible to get to speak to someone and when I did they were rude. The webaite aelf service disnt work, no response to emails and live chat, had an hour on hold om the phone to ask for the cot and high chair (which is in the propety insruxtions to ask for in advance). Was assured there was a baby cot provided - on arrival it took a long time to find it to begin with, then it was actually broken so couldn't be used. Could have been cleaner - I gave kitchen surfaces and table a wipe down, and outside chairs (which were packed inside in storage) and table clean down. The arrival instructions were sent automatically after booking - months ago. Lock box access so not very secure - I could have turned up at any time and got access to the property.
