Fantastic location with only a short journey to York and Whitby

Beautifully maintained and very clean , all amenities we needed.
You can hear traffic noise from the road, but it wouldn’t deter us staying again.

Well located for what we required. Private parking . The cottage was very clean and tidy.
The rear (main) door did. It close and lock. Quite a bit of road / traffic noise.

The cottage was immaculately clean, honestly it was like new. The welcome hamper was a great touch, I may switch my tea bags now to the ones in there.
The property was very hot inside, really hot so I would say that having fans available in the property would be a good idea throughout the summer months. The sofas were fine but not the most comfortable if you like to lay out.
