Il nostro condominio è davvero unico sotto tutti gli aspetti. È in una posizione perfetta in centro con un parcheggio fornito. Le pareti in mattoni a vista e i pavimenti in legno offrono un sacco di carattere e gli arredi offrono tutti i lussi della casa. Il condominio è molto aperto e spazioso. Godrai del patio esterno privato accentuato con pareti di edera e illuminazione speciale. Per vostra comodità, ha anche un ingresso privato per la vostra convenienza.

This condo is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had! The location right near the middle of Main Street was amazing…we parked the car and didn’t need it all weekend! The description and photos are accurate and it’s even better in person. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, private entrance…wonderful! The only issue may be if you and your spouse/travel partner go to bed or wake at different times as there is no door between the bedroom and living/dining and the floor squeaked a bit. My hubby woke early and worked hard to be quiet. Finally, clarify that guests can park anywhere in the parking lot as the numbered spaces made us a bit nervous, but a quick chat with a neighbor assured us we could park anywhere as long as the pass was displayed properly. We will be back! Thanks!

We loved being right in the heart of Greenville. This location is close to so many restaurants, shopping, and the Reedy Creek Falls Park. The apartment was very well maintained. The bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be booking again in the future.

Super cute condo located in the center of town. We were able to walk to almost everything! The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The owner provided a lot is nice little touches. One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. Loved the private patio! Would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location provides great walking access to downtown Greenville. The apartment is so nice. Very upscale look and furnishings. The outdoor patio is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable and beautiful condo. Great location. Spacious area, good TV, liked access to parking lot from the patio, good security and easy access to both doors, squeaky floors in bedroom. Curious why there is no door between bedroom and living room. Noise and light made it hard to sleep when spouse was watching late TV in living room. Seems like an easy thing to fix and it would greatly improve things at night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spotless!
I don’t think there is a better location in Greenville. We parked and walked everywhere. I do all the driving and this was an ideal situation.
We will definitely book here again if our travels bring us to Greenville.

We stayed 4 days at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great for our visit and within walking distance to all the restaurants and activities. The bed was really comfortable and all the linens very high quality. Only complaint is there is no bedroom door which is very strange (and could be easily corrected).

My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Peace Center, and the location of the condo could not have been more perfect. Very responsive owners. Know that parking is provided for one car. My husband and I drove separately, but there is a parking deck directly next door for an additional car. Great rental experience!

The perfect pied-a-terre in downtown Greenville. Impeccably clean and beautifully designed. Only two slight things I wish we knew before we went. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room. This is probably only an issue if you have one night owl and one early bird like my husband and myself. Also, the wooden floors tend to squeak. There is no quiet way to sneak around when you're trying to let your spouse sleep while you are awake.

Unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, very well furnished, and well stocked with supplies. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Greenville, but probably best limited to one couple since the single bedroom/single bathroom configuration would not be very private for four. Would be fine for two parents with one or two younger kids using the sofa bed.

This is a great condo and always our first choice if it's available. One outstanding feature that none of the other condo's that we rent have is convenient parking. The parking spot is less than 10 steps from the back door.

This property had everything we were looking for… There was not one thing I thought of that wasn’t already there! The location was perfect for walking everywhere downtown, Rabbit Trail, Falls River Park… You name it, we hardly needed our car at all. We would happily stay here again!

Fabulous condo!
A beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. The location is truly right in the middle of downtown, you will not have to move your car. We had a great staycation here and loved every moment. The condo had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend staying here when you come to visit Greenville!
