Clean/breakfast good/location ok

Holiday Inn system & Booking.com was not updated on payment which already paid by me via Booking.com. On the day checked in my daughter has been requested by Holiday to pay the room hotel’s payment again

Nice hotel, comfortable large room, bed and shower. Good breakfast too and its in the city centre.

Poor phone internet connection but free access to fair hotel wifi connectivity.

Excellent location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Checkin and checkout were smooth and quick. Breakfast was adeuqate and choices were varied and changed daily too.

Breakfast materials could be more useful to reduce food waste. I understand different people might have different eating habits, my intention is just trying not to waste food but not to offend anyone. Here comes my suggestion: 1) using different food mix and match to make colorful dishes, which can be more appetizing. 2) using vegetable match with meat to make better use of food materials.

Had trouble checking for availability. Had to reserve via booking.com even after calling & speaking to the receptionist.

fast check in and out. clean and comfort room with my favourite toiletries (dove shampoo, handwash and body wash). breakfast was ok. overall a satisfying stay and will definitely back for my next stay.

During my booking, I made payment online directly with hotel as indicated, but in the chat communication I was told that they were going to charge me via my Credit Card. When I asked many times to reconfirm, then only i was told it was their mistake that I need to ignore. I booked 2 rooms for my husband & I, as well as for the kids...but for the kids' room, hotel could not follow as per my request i.e. to have 2 single beds plus 1 sofa bed...or to have interconnecting rooms.
