This was a very great experience, and they were extremely accommodating. The views from the wrap around balcony (and living space!) were breathtaking. Every morning and evening we could watch the sunrise and sunset from our place. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was nice to have two pools to choose from when not at the beach. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was most of the outlets not working in the kitchen and I wish there was a larger/warmer blanket for the trundle bed as we had to use small throws which was hard for an adult.

I would rate higher, except for a few issues; the washing machine did not work (inoperable), same with the disposal, phone to contact staff was not charged (no cord), and during busy times, elevator wait times were excessive.
