Great views of the bay from the property as it’s just a little higher than the caravans in front so you look over the tops of them. Very quiet, well away from the road so no traffic noise and at the time we went in march there were very few other residents. Property was really comfortable everything felt fairly new.
Wi-Fi a little weak but we found sitting in the bay window at the front keeping in line with the mast outside that had the Wi-Fi booster on it seemed to work. Only a minor issue as we solved it but the heating thermostat is locked, it was way too hot when we arrived in the property so we turned down the radiators and at night switched the boiler onto “hot water only” mode.

The numbering is slightly confusing. There were 2 villas numbered 26.

A but limited on cooking utensils, but that’s it. We both love cooking so missing a few things but nothing major.

The view from the front windows over looking Westward Ho! were outstanding.
The decor and furnishings were very modern and clean. Great value for money.
There was no bedside plug point, the only one we found was behind the wardrobe which proved tricky to get to….but that was a minor detail.

What a little gem! Stayed one night but only wish we could of stayed longer. Friendly welcome at reception. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated .spacious and very comfortable. Had all the facilities needed for a short stay ( except towels) Gorgeous view of the sea and only a short walk to pubs shops and the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

The villa was very clean and tidy and the View was excellent. It was great to just sit there and watch the world go by. Location perfect for the beach. Very homely and cosy.

beautiful location, comfy sofa.
very sensitive fire alarm. didn’t realise needed to bring towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, washing up sponge, oven gloves, hand soap etc. found out about it on FAQs but too late. Would have been good to have a message warning us, we don’t mind bringing it but need to know.

Everything was perfect, the property was absolutely fantastic & the explanation on here doesn’t give it justice. A gem.
