Lovely view, nice little kitchen, cheapest stay we could find in Bideford for 4 people. Beautiful location. Luckily extra duvets and pillows. Appreciated the dining table.
There was a dead rabbit right outside of our property for the duration of our stay which was quite distressing, the heating was locked at 18‘c when it was absolutely freezing - we all had to sleep with two blankets and keep coats on inside! Had to take the headboard off the double bed overnight and put back in the morning - it was wobbly and knocked the wall any time we moved. Shower didn’t get hot enough which is bad enough but especially when the property was so cold anyway. It was unclear if there was anyone to discuss any of these issues with as Reception closed at 5. Though the stay was fairly cheap, it didn’t seem right we had to deal with a couple of these things.

The setting is lovely
The double bed against the wall and the bottom of the bed hard up against the wardrobe which you couldn’t open the bottom drawers as they were to close to the radiator. Mattress was also uncomfortable

Receptionist was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The views were fantastic and you could see the sea clearly from sitting on the sofa. A bonus of about 30 rabbits hopping about outside at dusk was very sweet. All round lovely!
It was very basic, no frills and would have been a squeeze for 4 people.

Proper home from home villa.
Me my daughter and my 2 grandchildren were extremely comfortable. The villa was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing break. Very spacious, we had 2 extra family members over for a roast dinner and we did not feel overcrowded what so ever
Short walk to the beach with some amazing views.
Could do with a slightly bigger tv
But that's just me being fussy.
There was nothing negative about the villa.

Reception staff certainly need more training when it comes to welcoming new visitors who are staying at this resort. On arrival this was a poor experience and the members on your team did not make us feel welcomed at all and looked at us very confused when asking a couple of straight forward questions. We had to prompt to get information from them which should be standard for all new visitor on this site surely?
Apart from this one downfall we had a very enjoyable stay and everything else was to our expectations if not slightly more.

Staff very welcoming at reception. The accommodation was very clean and smart and was big enough for 2-3 people. Facilities like the shower, taps, toilet were all working perfectly. Location is great. Lovely sea views and good facilities a short walk away.
Blinds were stuck fully up in one of the bedrooms.

The villa was spotlessly clean. We loved the chairs near the window to view the sea.
Parking was quite tight. The TV was tiny and we had trouble reading the TV guide from the sofa.

Price increased unilaterally after a lower price offered and agreed. Could not get hob to operate.
