staff were polite, but they don't really speak English, Google translate works. quiet and convenient area, 10 mins walk to dragon bridge and night market, with roadside stalls along the river at night. 15 mins walk to Korean market or local supermarket. balcony view of tran thi ly bridge.
balcony is only foot-wide like 30cm, wide enough for a few ppl to stand there. the bed is not facing bridge view but residential, so the balcony is not very useful.
the lift will shut down for some time during the day cos the cleaning staff was using it. I was told to wait 10-15 mins but I took the stairs instead which luckily I did cos I managed to shower and pack my bag before I got the msg that the lift is working after 30 mins.
the step bin in bathroom is not working. the blinds and glass were not clean. there were ants in the bathroom.

Awesome place, the reception were able to lend me a charger as I forgot mine. Location is good, the views were awesome from the balcony!

The location is great especially for muslim looking for halal reataurant as Karim Halal Food is just next door. Also it is walking distance to dragon bridge and nearby shops

The rooms have a beautiful view of the river from the upper floors.
Daily housekeeping was done properly and in good timing.
The staff is outstandingly helpful. They helped get me T-shirt, which was blown from the balcony to the neighboring house. I'm really thankful for that.
The location is good. The Dragon Bridge is right there, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms, including the balconies, could be a little more spacious.

Hotel is new and clean. It is listed as 2 star hotel but it should be 3 star. The balcony room is beautiful. Easy access to Dragon bridge and Son Tra night market which has many food options. Also excellent places to eat within walking distance, Banh Canh Ruong. There’s an excellent Grab driver in the area that we ended up using the whole time. Easy access to area attractions and restaurants
The bathroom for the inside room is small. There’s no separation from shower area to the rest. This seems to be quite popular design in Vietnam and we are not used to the concept. Whole bathroom gets wet after a shower

We can just walk from the hotel to Dragon bridge and vice versa to enjoy the performance show at Dragon Bridge during night time.
There are not much massage shops available at the nearby streets.

The staff are really friendly. Good location
- Balcony is actually a ledge with rails to prevent you from falling. You can't not safely stand on the ledge. I kinda expected more when it said "room with balcony".
- Room feels a bit small
- I only find one unused socket near the work desk, hidden behind the fridge (took a while for me to find).

The view from the Room 703 is absolutely great. Walkable distance (700 mtrs) from.dragon bridge and Night market. Easy to get Beach too (.less than 3 minutes drive / airport is around 15 minutes from the hotel. There is no breakfast but looking at Vietnams sunrise time it won't be needed.. worth the. Value atleast for solo or Friends group. Not a cozy place and they don't charge much.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for the Dragon bridge. Good view from the balcony.
The TV didn't work. One bathroom door handle needed fixing.

Nice balcony that you can walk on and hang clothes. You can watch things on the TV without having to pay. The staff is nice and always seem to be smiling.
Small elevator and room. Everything is too cramped together in the bathroom. Looks different than it does in the pictures.

Love the location, you can walk to the beach or to the dragon bridge from this hostel. The hostel manager's friendly and the room is very clean

I liked everything about the hotel. The location is great, close to the river, halfway between the beach and City Centre. Many shops close by, including a 7/24 one. Many restaurants within walking distance and a good seafood restaurant just next door from the hotel. The owner is amazing, he went an extra mile to get our room ready for an early check-in, 10:00 am, which was free of charge. He also did our laundry free of charge.
I definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay again when going back to Danang.
