We always stay here when we come to visit our daughter.
I know parking is hard to find in Austin but the overnight fee is a bit much.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. We had a wrinkle but they smoothed it out right away and even made it better- I wish I could remember his name but he was amazing!
Nice clean and fun!

I was very impressed at check in of the help since it was our first time at the hotel.
The only choice for parking was in and out valet, and we weren't using our car while there. I thought that was overpriced for what we got.

The pool and view and drinks.
Paid extra for a “king corner room”. Upon arriving was told those were noisey and too low to the street level. They DOWNGRADED our room and gave no compensation for the change. Booking.com is clues about the hotel and the property.
