The Pool and the Temazcal

We were robbed $400 USD from our hotel. Right from my wife's purse while we were at the pool. Of course the hotel didn't took any responsibility, so I will not be staying again.

The aesthetic of the building and grounds is beautiful, we stayed in the presidential suite which was stunning. The service was very good, a employee called Offelia was very hard-working and helpful.

The food was average

Great location, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, great service, enjoyable pool area, quiet.

The beef they served was surprisingly bad compared to everything else we ate.

Wonderful rooms, staff and installations!! Service is impeccable.

the price

it is really secluded and has a really nice vibe to it.

although being so secluded the noise levels especially at night are quite high. not the property‘s fault. still bothered me. dogs barking all night. and a rooster going about his business all the time made it somewhat hard to unwind.

We liked the arquitectura and the design interior of the room. The comfortable bed , the blankets . The owners though about everything

The location of the hotel is good but in the morning was a little bit noise from outside . The wall glass of the toilet is transparent and we didn’t feel comfortable with it .
