Il nostro duplex è stato ristrutturato nel 2019 con l'estetica del bungalow sulla spiaggia e l'eleganza della fattoria. Ogni unità può essere affittata singolarmente oppure è possibile noleggiare entrambi per gruppi fino a 12.
Il nostro duplex PB ha una posizione privilegiata a 3 isolati da Mission Bay e 13 isolati dalla spiaggia. Includiamo 12 incrociatori da spiaggia (con 1 rimorchio per un bambino) + sedie a sdraio / ombrelloni / asciugamani / giocattoli in modo da avere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per goderti l'atmosfera divertente e rilassata di PB.
Ci sono innumerevoli attività all'aperto, ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze!
Lo spazio
Questa è una zona tranquilla di PB e ti svegli al cinguettio degli uccelli e alle brezze tra le palme. Hai una vista sbirciata di Bay Park dal grande ponte nell'unità frontale.
Accesso ospite
Stai affittando entrambe le unità anteriore e posteriore (2010 e 2012 Reed Ave) in modo da avere accesso all'intera proprietà.

Great location to get to all our favorite San Diego spots. Very small but a great landing spot for a family who is out and about. Appreciated the washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by the host accusing us of removing and then charging us for the Roku, which was absolutely not true. I share in the hopes that this is not a consistent gimmick by the hosts to randomly charge additional fees. Advise guests to take an inventory of the location on arrival. We did not use the TV at all during our stay. Additionally the wrong code was given for Check-in leading to a delay in getting into the location.

My husband and I, our adult children, and 2 young grandchildren really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the front and back duplex for several days. The front unit #1 has a very nice front porch area. We walked to the bay a couple blocks away and bicycled to the ocean about a mile away. There were lots of fun beach toys in the outside sheds and plenty of beach towels and other towels inside. The coffee provided was not fancy, but was abundant and we really enjoyed it. Parking at the ocean and at the Vrbo is a challenge, but we managed to squeeze 3 small cars into the designated parking in the back alley. Everything was nicely kept up. I had to communicate with the host on several occasions because our plans changed slightly. She was very helpful and gracious! Thank you so much!!!

Having 2 of the exact spaces for 2 families (mine in one and my extended family in the other) allowed for us to all be together but still also have our own space. The patio was a great space for all of us to sit together to enjoy the evening. Having 2 parking spaces was very nice since street parking is rare. The location was to far for us to walk to the beach on beach day with all our stuff but close enough that allowed for morning walks down and back. We had a great time and enjoyed the space!
