ೃ༄ - Peaceful, centrally located, & stocked with everything a family/group would want for a perfect San Diego vacation. An easy 3 block walk to Mission Bay or 13 block bike ride to the beach.
ೃ༄ - Each unit has air conditioning, (6) beach cruisers, beach essentials (chairs/umbrella/towels/toys etc), a W/D, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated parking for (1) vehicles, highchair, pack n' play, and toddler friendly plastic dining-ware. Duplex rental comes with (12) beach cruisers & parking for (2) vehicles.
ೃ༄ - Each unit can be rented individually or rent the entire duplex as a whole (as listed here), for groups up to 14 + 2 infants. The duplex is separated into two private spaces with private entrances, the front Unit #1 and back Unit #2 have mirror image layouts and share a common wall in the center. This specific listing is for the entire Duplex. Front patio and BBQ access is available to Unit #1 & entire duplex renters only (access is not available to Unit #2 renters).
ೃ༄ - Whether it's surfing, paddle-boarding, sailing, or yoga on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific blue, you will most certainly find Pacific Beach to be San Diego's water wonderland. Great location to get to all our favorite San Diego spots. Very small but a great landing spot for a family who is out and about. Appreciated the washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by the host accusing us of removing and then charging us for the Roku, which was absolutely not true. I share in the hopes that this is not a consistent gimmick by the hosts to randomly charge additional fees. Advise guests to take an inventory of the location on arrival. We did not use the TV at all during our stay. Additionally the wrong code was given for Check-in leading to a delay in getting into the location.

My husband and I, our adult children, and 2 young grandchildren really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the front and back duplex for several days. The front unit #1 has a very nice front porch area. We walked to the bay a couple blocks away and bicycled to the ocean about a mile away. There were lots of fun beach toys in the outside sheds and plenty of beach towels and other towels inside. The coffee provided was not fancy, but was abundant and we really enjoyed it. Parking at the ocean and at the Vrbo is a challenge, but we managed to squeeze 3 small cars into the designated parking in the back alley. Everything was nicely kept up. I had to communicate with the host on several occasions because our plans changed slightly. She was very helpful and gracious! Thank you so much!!!

Having 2 of the exact spaces for 2 families (mine in one and my extended family in the other) allowed for us to all be together but still also have our own space. The patio was a great space for all of us to sit together to enjoy the evening. Having 2 parking spaces was very nice since street parking is rare. The location was to far for us to walk to the beach on beach day with all our stuff but close enough that allowed for morning walks down and back. We had a great time and enjoyed the space!
