The location as a whole was great. The unit was spacious but the bedrooms appear much bigger in pictures. Everything was clean except the floors. They were DISGUSTING!!! Our feet were solid black 5 minutes after arrival. I was really sad about how poorly the kitchen was stocked. It had only 1 mixing bowl and only dollar store utensils. I couldn’t even whisk instant mash potatoes because it was so flimsy. If your condo holds 10 people it’s likely there will be cooking so I felt it wouldn’t hurt to have a decent selection of bowls, pots, pans and utensils. I brought extra linens which was amazing because there wasn’t one extra sheet or blanket there. The unit is located next to the elevators and there are 3 units on each floor so it has privacy. The couch and pillows need to be replaced immediately. You can feel the springs in the couch and sone of the pillows smell is of urine. I just hid them behind the chair. (Which is why a sheet would of been great) Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for our 10 people. I would stay here again but I would also suggest you tell your cleaners to do better on these floors and maybe invest $100 in the kitchen stock. As much as we paid for a condo that should be doable

When we got there we were looking as to where we checked in at. Called number for assistants said to just go to unit then was on phone with person trying to find parking space. Parking spaces are in NO king of order you may find slot number 1256 and all around it it my be slot 15, slot 1905 slot 78 in no kind of numerical order. It took us 45 minutes or longer to find parking slot then there was no space for 2nd car not even in overflow. Had to pay $12.00 a day for 2nd car and was told there was parking for two car and any more would have to pay. Do t count on getting more than one parking space. PARKING SUCKED.
Condo itself was wonderful. Could not have ask for anything better.

One elevator working! We were on the 19th floor with 3 kids! Our car was towed WITH THE PASS IN THE FRONT WINDOW! We forgot to put it in the window the night before, RealJoy called at 9am, my husband immediately went to put in window. But when we went in at lunch, it was gone! Spent a whole afternoon trying to get that settled! RealJoy kept telling us they were working with the HOA! They pulled the video and saw the pass in the window! The property mgr Phil, was hiding out in the basement and was very rude and not helpful! He called the towing company BEFORE giving us a call or chance to put it in the window . He blamed it on the HOA! We still don’t have our $170 cash only back! It’s a racket! The extra parking lot charged $12/day instead of $6/day as per our rental agreement! The room was nasty, found feminine products papers in the floor! The balcony doors would not lock! Lots of Bird poop on the balcony! WE WONT BE BACK THERE! I’ve been to PCB all my life and we’ve never experienced this! Very disappointed!

It was a good stay a few troubles with only having one elevator working in the building. we did know in advance other than that the kitchen supplies where a little short for my group there was no big pots. The patio furniture didn’t work right and leaned forward a little. But could still be used the salty air has paid it’s toll on them and the beds had sand in them. It is a beach front condo sand is not an easy thing to control. Like I said though these are all minor things we had a great time. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfect it wasn’t to crowded. From the balcony we could wake up and watch dolphins stingray various fish and even a few small sharks swim along the shore. While I was at the beach with my children swimming I watched a 3ft hammerhead swim between the shore and the kids. It was a beautiful thing especially since it paid them no mind and just swam through. Now my kids can say the have swan with a hammerhead shark. Mo Mo the beach hut attendant was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

Our family of 5 and our friends family of 3 spent a week here for a New Year’s Eve softball tournament. Check in was a bit of a challenge as the check in email went to spam and we had to call for instructions.
January was uncharacteristically cold for Florida and temperatures were below freezing and the heater in the condo was not working. I placed a call to the after hours maintenance line and received an immediate response. Temporary space heaters were delivered until the heater could be replaced the next day.
The condo was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Despite the rocky start, we were impressed with how all issues were handled with great customer service!

Great condo in a pretty good building
The condo was beautiful.😍 The high ceilings made it feel huge and eloquent The balcony was big and so nice. Bring blankets because there are more like sheets on the bed and no extras in the closet and there is no lock on the master bedroom so my kids are always walking in. 😩 The elevators were obviously an issue which we knew they would be but they were quick to fix when it had issues. One major inconvenience that I’ve never encountered at other places I’ve stayed was that the pool closed from 10 pm to 10am, which is normal, however the codes to the gate wouldn’t work during that time. We couldn’t go set our tents up in the morning before 10 and come back and wash sand from our feet then go thru the pool gate. We had to walk all the way out to the road and around to the parking lot. We are early risers so that was inconvenient, if you are not planning to be on the beach between those times it won’t effect you.
Overall the condo we stayed in was lovely.

The only complaints we have are the parking and elevators. The parking was a complete nightmare & getting into a elevator to go to your room was almost impossible with all of the other 4:00 checks ins.
The room was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again, despite the hassle with the parking and elevators.

The condo was in a perfect location, the view was amazing and the parking was optimal. The condo itself was spacious and definitely had enough room for our family of 10. I will say that it wasn't the cleanest, but that did not bother me at all, just wanted to mention if you're a super clean freak. The check in/out was so simple. We would definitely stay here again

The condo was in a perfect location, the view was amazing and the parking was optimal. The condo itself was spacious and definitely had enough room for our family of 10. I will say that it wasn't the cleanest, but that did not bother me at all, just wanted to mention if you're a super clean freak. The check in/out was so simple. We would definitely stay here again

Awesome stay
This place was great! I’m planning to use this place every visit! There were a couple of things out of the blue that happened but were no ones direct fault. The property was quick to respond to questions/concerns. Highly recommend Ocean Ritz!!

The property is on excellent location and the service is very good. The apartment was smelly the first day and was hard to stay. We complaint and it was cleaned the next day. There is only designated parking for 1 car. We had two cars with two parking pass. But there was no spot for the second one and we have to park for $6 per day parking throughout our stay.
The property is right on beach and the view is awesome. The balcony is big and you would end up staying most of your time in the balcony.
Overall a very good stay with few issues.

Let me start by saying we did enjoy our stay overall but there are several things that made us decide to not return to this property as a vacation destination for coming years. We arrived at our condo and it was dirty. The floor was covered in sand and had not been swept or mopped. The pull out couch was also nasty. The bathroom in the master bedroom had been used prior to our arrival. Parking was a major frustration. There is only one parking spot for this condo. The parking spot was closed off Monday thru Wednesday for a Crane truck. The overflow parking is a small parking area with approx 15 additional parking spots, some of which were numbered for other condos so that made even less parking. We had to clean the condo and pay for parking and still got a parking ticket so that was frustrating. Since we were charged a cleaning fee and a parking fee I feel that we were taken advantage of. It would be good to note if you are thinking about staying here that there are only 2 elevators with 23 floors so that makes checking in a nightmare as well but we expected that as there is not much anyone can do about that situation. Our stay was OK. It wasn’t the best place we have ever stayed and it wasn’t the worst. There is definitely room for improvement and for the price and the fees we expected, at the least, to walk into a clean condo during the COVID pandemic and have a place to park our vehicles where we weren’t charged a fee and also charged by the day. Overall disappointed for the price we paid but we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the beach.

Just okay
The location was good, close to restaurants and shops, but the condo wasn't great. It could use a good deep clean, the kitchen had too much useless stuff and not enough staples. There was no large pot, or large frying pan, the can opener barely worked and the cooking utensils were flimsy and cheap. Plus there was so much junk that there was no cabinet space for food and there is no pantry. The bedrooms were overall okay, just could use some cleaning. The real problems were with the elevators and parking lot. It was a complete nightmare. People were constantly parking in our spot and the spots are small and the garage is hard to maneuver. We waited for 45 minutes for an elevator that would hold us, our 4 kids and our luggage upon arrival, and waited over an hour on checkout day. It was unbearable. Two of our kids are 2.5 year old twins, so it was terrible. Then every time we needed an elevator it was a minimum 10 minute wait and most of the time it was longer. So frustrating.

What a fantastic week we had with our three adult children and our grandchildren! Having three bedrooms and three baths was such a blessing for our family and then to have an enormous balcony to enjoy the entire family plus a cup of coffee...hard to beat!
