The Hotel has great view, breakfast was very nice, the rooms are modern and comfortable.

You have to pay for the Sauna

Totul a fost la superlativ: camera, curățenia, personalul, micul dejun, piscina etc.

Camerele curate, spațioase . Piscina destul de mare, cu apa calda. Micul dejun variat și totul proaspăt.

Scările se la intrarea în hotel te cam descurajează când trebuie sa cari un troler, liftul e pana la etajul 4, la etajul 5 urci bagajele pe scări.. La piscina este un bar dar nu găsești pe nimeni sa poți comanda.

1. Principalul minus, restaurantul- mancarea care nu a fost nici proaspata, nici gustoasa, nici diversa... 2. Apoi lipsa de curatenie din camere (mocheta neaspirata) chiar si dupa venirea room service-ului 3. Parcarea nu a fost dezapezita- la ora 15 si inca erau mormane de zapada, lucru care impiedica parcarea 4. Personal neinstruit, parca le era frica sa iti raspunda sau sa te ajute... 5. Loc de joaca interior plin de praf

The location is nice but everythong else we had the worst experience

-Very rude staff, not helpful at all. I went to reception to ask somerhing but no one was there, they were smoking outside and told me to wait 5 minutes to finish their smoke -In the restaurant you don't get what you order and the male waiter was rushing us saying if you don't order now I don't come back because I am busy -Food is very bad and very expensive -For breakfast you need to get up early and be first one there otherwise they don't refill the trays They don't even clean the tables -Our room was very cold even with heathing system set at max -Very bad smell in the room coming from bathroom pipes -Swimming pool is very cold -Jacuzzy always full so we never had the chance to use those facilities. -Entertainment room had a pool table which is deffective and they charged us for 3 hours when we only used it 1 hour. I asked for receipt and the lady in reception start laughing. We had the wprst experience with a hotel

The view is nice and that is all about it

Try to avoid at all costs There are much better places in the area, this one is very expensive and the customer service is 0 If I could give them 0 I would but unfortunately 1 is the minimum rate.

We couldn't find anything to like there

The worst place to spend time with family or friends. Try to avoid -Rude staff -Expensive food in restaurant -Cleaning is poor -We were overcharged
