Close walk to the beach. Heated pools. Elevators.
Condos seem to be very old. Reconstruction interrupted a few spots outside. Could be remodeled a little better but I've been in way worse condos at villa del sol. 1215 was a 8/10. Sheets in bedroom were dirty but plenty of towels, wash clothes, and blankets were provided. Owner didn't know the code to the cleaning closet so I couldn't sweep but he said it was okay because the cleaning lady knew it and would clean it.

The structure showed it's old age; like it has not been kepted up

The Villa was close to the beach and clean. The staff was friendly. The room had working AC and clean towels.
The place was under construction. The elevator stopped working. The bed was moist. We went during a hurricane warning and the place was flooding.

Condo was super cute. Balcony was lovely. The view was pretty. Loved how close we were to the beach. Internet was great. The air conditioning was on point. Lots of pillows available and comfortable too! The little bunk beds were adorable. My youngest two loved them.
It's not that I didn't like this, but it would have been helpful to know that we would only be given 4 towels for 6 people for the entire stay. Also that the laundry facility was down. But we managed. Pool was too warm. The master bed was broken pretty bad and had wood pieces under the mattress. But surprisingly it was still pretty comfortable.

The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. It almost felt like being home. It was nice to have the amenities like if you were home.
There was so much construction going on at the facility. It made it difficult to get around with all the machinery. Because of the construction debris filled the pool. It was so disappointing to find that the majority of the restaurants around the area were closed by 8 or 9 pm making it hard to find a decent place to eat. Corpus Christi was not the fun place it used to be. We talked to some of the locals who had mentioned that Corpus has not been the same since the freeze which is a shame. So many businesses were closed down. The condo we stayed at was really the only plus about the trip.

No sugar provided for coffee, tv remote wouldn't work on tv, unless you unplug tv and plug back in, complicated to get from apartment to office during checkout.

The location and proximity to the beach.
It has a perfect spot and ideal for a family but it needs al of fixing and cleaning. The bed is so comfortable that when you lie you feel there is hole in the middle. The stove is in rust and smells very bad when you use. Furniture is so old and due to humid, the smell really disturbs you. Because of all these undesirable conditions I can’t say you will have a good stay there.

The apartment was beautiful. The view was amazing. The staff was great. The view from the pool was very pretty at sunset. This beach is a sunrise beach. BTW there is not a bad view here!

My boys and husband are liters getting nauseous from weed smell in our room. We spoke to front desk left for couple hours and still sooooo strong

The location was great! We had private access to the beach!
The floors were dirty, there was no broom available so we could sweep. We had half a roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay and 5 people. The room smelled like people had smoked in it.

There's all day construction noise and the workers just staring at my stepdaughters every day on the pool if you are going in a family make sure to take care of them they were super afraid due to constant staring of workers 👎👎👎👎👎 , also there's a big issue checking in we reserved by booking and they couldn't find our reservation till 1 hour there terrible customer service.

Location was great, loved how quiet it was at the time we went. Loved how beach was not over crowded.
Way more people smoking weed outside and inside than you would think with it seeping though the walls to our room at night. Messing with my baby girls allergies.
