Thankfully short

The portrait was kind of creepy and I definitely felt like I couldn’t rest because I thought someone was staring. And I had nightmares too which I don’t know whether it was because of that or because I felt he would not approve of me (a black man) staying there

Exceeded our expectations, will definitely stay again.

Lots of little touches to ensure our comfort 24 hour coffee place accross the parking lot, lovely staff, coffee and snacks there.

Beds could be a bit firmer but did not bother us.

I didn't like that it cost me more to book this through Booking. It was $30-40 more over what it would have been if I had just booked it with the hotel itself. And they wouldn't recognize any available deductions because of the fee booking.com charges THEM to book a room.

I'm going back!

First place we have stayed in quite awhile that had adequate lighting. Not a romantic atmosphere, but comfy, excellent customer service, big rooms.

That Folgers coffee was awful.

Would stay there again, nice rooms and the location in great!

The close location to a great bakery, frozen yogurt shop and small downtown shops. There is also a Rite Aid right across the street, loved how lots of things were within walking distance. There's also a 24 hour coffee shop in the same parking lot.

The only fault I could find were the beds. I think it was maybe the springs? Anytime I or anyone else in the room rolled over it was pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper you might want to check them. Not sure if it was just our room or not :)

1 light switch for toilet area and sink area. Hard to use restroom when dark since I didn’t want to turn on light and wake friend. Dusty blinds

Great location, friendly staff, below average room.

The facilities were very basic, but Austin at check in was great, as was the location, which I guess is why such an underequiped room could cost so much. Our King suite really could have used an end table on each side of the rather rickety bed, and a real table from which to work or eat.

Overall, great place!!

It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. Love the coffee shop!

The water temperature in the shower would fluctuate from hot to cold! It would be nice if that could be fixed. Pillows were too stout for me.

The facilities are basic but clean and well maintained. The only problem we had with the hot water was quickly resolved. We will stay here again.

Dirty sheets, floor and room.

Near a walking trail that leads directly to downtown.

The room was unclean! I had to call and ask for new bedding as they sheets and comforter were obviously dirty. Dust and hair was noticeable on the dresser and floor. YUCK!

Nice place, but bring earplugs and an extra blanket.

Pros of this location-Close to downtown and restaurants. Love that there were paper towels in the room. Loved having 2 extra pillows. Thank you for having an extra box of kleenex under the sink, really appreciate that! The person who checked us in was super friendly.

The number thing that brought this place down was the noise...people above us checked in/came back at *2AM*, proceeded to walk back and forth on the uncarpeted floor in what appeared to be heavy shoes for about 4 hours. Let their dog run around. They took a shower at about 230 and it was not lovely to hear water running down the pipes behind your head while you are trying to sleep. Why is the 2nd floor not carpeted with the best pad? Also the heater worked fairly well, but was LOUD, even on low. The fridge made a weird noise every time it cycled on. This place would be awesome with some soundproofing. Also the bedding seemed more like summer bedding, than winter.
