Location, Location, Location! Front fully renovated villa, 30 seconds to Water!
Absolute Paradise Villa è la villa molto anteriore situata nel villaggio di Pineapple! Comprende tre camere da letto separate e un'unità principale contenente un soggiorno, una cucina completa e un bagno completo. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno completo e ingresso esterno e cortile. La nostra villa si trova in Pineapple Villages Villas ed è la più vicina sia a Smith Bay che a Margaritaville Resort. Dista circa un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalle strutture pubbliche Margaritaville.
La villa stessa è di 1800 piedi quadrati e può essere affittata in tre configurazioni a seconda delle dimensioni della tua festa. Puoi affittare l'intera villa 3 camere da letto, affittare l'unità principale e le due camere da letto collegate, oppure puoi affittare la camera da letto che si collega solo attraverso il cortile. La villa è estremamente privata, anche se si trova essenzialmente nel mezzo di un grande resort. A causa della nostra posizione, vi è un ingresso recintato in quanto è necessario entrare attraverso il cancello di sicurezza Margaritaville. Inoltre, le nostre unità hanno cortili recintati pieni di piante tropicali.
L'intera villa è stata ristrutturata nel 2019, compresi tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, pavimenti, nuove unità di condizionamento split, materassi di lusso, vanità per il bagno, biancheria da letto, pentole ecc. C'è una TV intelligente in ogni camera da letto e nella grande sala. Wifi è configurato con un router Google Mesh per fornire un servizio più coerente. Ogni camera ha un forno a microonde, un mini-frigorifero e una macchinetta del caffè. Il cortile principale è di circa 800 piedi quadrati e ha un bar che si apre sulla cucina, uno spazio per mangiare all'aperto / intrattenimento, ed è lo spazio di raccolta principale. C'è anche una lavanderia situata adiacente al cortile che ha una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale disponibili per l'uso a chiunque affitta la villa intera o l'unità principale.
La villa offre alloggi spaziosi e la vicinanza di Margaritaville è una bella comodità. Tuttavia, la vera attrazione sono le isole stesse. Innanzitutto, TUTTE le spiagge dell'isola sono pubbliche per legge. La villa si trova a Smith Bay, che offre ristoranti / bar, oltre a nuotare con i delfini. La spiaggia di Coki si trova sulla nostra penisola, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla nostra villa e da una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Puoi goderti lo snorkeling su una scogliera affidabile piena di pesci colorati a causa della posizione del Coral World Park e della loro abitudine di dar loro da mangiare due volte al giorno. Puoi anche immergerti al largo della spiaggia di Coki in quanto vi è una piattaforma di settanta piedi. Ti consentono di ottenere la certificazione PADI e di organizzare gite subacquee nelle isole. Per quelli di voi non così avventurosi, ci sono numerosi bar sulla spiaggia locali che offrono cibo e bevande dell'isola.

We had an awesome time at this property. Large family of 12 visiting the island to celebrate a 50th birthday. Villa is a short walk away from Coki beach and across the parking lot from Margaritaville restaurant. Karen the host was incredible to work with. Quick to respond and helpful with tips and activities around the island. We had one minor issue and she was so responsive and remedied the situation within a few short hours. Each living area has its own Kitchenette and bathroom. The entire villa comfortably slept all 12 of our guests with it feeling claustrophobic or overly crowded. Private Fenced in courtyard was awesome at night to just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing especially with a glass of wine. This villa honestly has it all and is conveniently located a short drive from sapphire beach and from Redhook. We are already planning our next trip, this time without kids! Thank you, Karen for the perfect stay!

Great location. Karen was an excellent host, she quickly responded to all of our messages and gave us plenty of suggestions on where to eat and all the things to do on the island.

I cannot say enough positive things about Karen. She is a wonderful host. Our return flight home was canceled and we were unable to leave the island for 6 more days. Karen was so helpful and gracious during this time. We were able to book the villa for 2 additional nights until we found alternative accommodations. Karen even contacted her cousin to find is alternative arrangements in the event we did not find anything else. Karen provided great tips and recommendations for restaurants and activities. As far as the property, it is located in a great location. The views, especially the morning sunrise, are amazing. Beaches and Red Hook, as well as Charlotte Amalie, Magens Bay and many restaurants are all within easy distance and access from the villa. We walked the path to Sun and Sea and really enjoyed the views, great food and tarpon viewing. Having the Margaritaville restaurant onsite is great for when you don't want to head out after a long day, or for cocktails before heading out for dinner. We rented a Jeep, but when we didn't want to drive at night to dinner, it's a 3 minute walk to the Margaritaville lobby area to catch a taxi to anywhere you want to go.We used all 3 bedrooms in the villa for our family, and it was great having the space to spread out. The pool was quiet and while we spent most of our time out exploring the island, when we did go to the pool, we were usually the only ones there.

Spacious, comfy but did not find it clean upon arrival and I had to clean when I got there. Steps to the water? Not the water in front of Margaritasville.. definitely not going in that water, however a short walk to Corki. You will need to get dropped off if you have small children. At this beach you are constantly harassed by the locals who are trying to sell everything from brackets to weed but it is very pretty we had a nice time there. The pool was very nice but Margaritaville was not all it was hyped up to be. Food was subpar and carful … tip is included. Back to the villa … we had the main house and a separate villa which had a beautiful bedroom and a kitchenette. It was perfect for my daughter and her spouse … they had there own space. My two grandkids stayed in the main house with my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed to cook the TV area and dining area was nice with plenty of room. The villa is laid out nicely there was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids and two more would have fit in the bunks off the kitchen. Patio areas were just ok … white patio cushions had black mold in them … overall with some fine tuning this place would have been a lot better but I get it the owners are off site so they have to count on their cleaning people to be honest and do a great job.
As far at ST Thomas goes I will not be back. Long flight for just beach … and the food that is available is low quality for high price . Terrible! We even went to a grocery store and decided to cook our own only to find low quality food. And if you are not adventurous you will DEFINITELY will not like driving around there. On the wrong side off the road and steep curvy crazy roads lol. To me and my husband it was nerve wracking. I personally did not drive the entire trip.
We went to St. John a few days which was basically the same just different beach spots. But it had a nice mall area.
The host was very nice and helpful.
Best advise … don’t come here for the food! Come just for the beach. My daughter and her husband enjoyed this trip .. they are more adventurous than I am. 😂
