The home was immaculate and fully outfitted with a full kitchen as well as outdoor amenities ! Truly a perfect place for a family vacation and reunion There were 18 of us from age 19 to 83 and we all had a great time.

Large group of family for a vacation. Place worked out great, plenty of space for everyone. Common area, kitchen and family room accommodated everyone. Easy access to stores and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property. The team at Caribbean Villa’s of St. John were great to work with. Responsive, excellent communication, and helpful. Proximity to Cruz Bay was perfect. Easy to venture out from to the amazing beaches no matter where on the island they are. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Spectacular house, facilities & view. The property is 3 stories vertical, stairs are difficult to negotiate. My wife & I are in our mid-70's I had to use a walking stick. My wife had to use the steep driveway & typically required assistance. This is not part of the description. This did not affect the younger crowd. We are a group of 14, it never felt cramped. There are large areas to eat, play games etc. Several of us are accomplished cooks, the kitchen has everything one needs to make great meals for large groups. The refrigerator is huge. All the appliances are electric. This matters because the grid on St. Johns is not dependably but there's a diesel which we used often. WIFI worked well which is important because I did not have any cell signal, a couple others did. I communicated with the host via text & the VRBO site. Michael was always responsive, quick to resolve all issues. All the stores & beaches require a vehicle to access. We had 3 SUV's; good thing since I could not call for a taxi.
