The home and location is nice. Facilities are good and mostly everything is well provided including kitchen appliances, bathroom amenities, cleaning and laundry amenities etc.

This place really need some deep cleaning. It has a bunch of spider webs in each room. The loft room, with 4 twin beds is super nasty. The ceiling is full of dusty stuff and webs. Windows and doors bring in allot of dirt, dead bugs etc. when you open them. When I opened the kitchen window pane, I could literally see dead bugs, worms and everything in the indoor side. I closed it again to avoid cleaning all the dunk.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Well located in the West Austin hills, near my friends marina. Lovely view off the back porch. Very comfortable. Will happily rent again.
