The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Beautiful scenery, lush gardens, large rooms. The pool was well maintained and a great spot to relax. The location was lovely and quiet, but still close to nearby locations. Bikes available for free enabled an easy cycle around- flat and paved conditions great for an apprehensive cyclist like myself! We also hired an electric scooter for the day which was in fabulous condition and so handy to get around. Pictures all accurate representations of the hotel. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Muong Village. Very helpful staff and a good location. Just a bicycle ride away from many restaurants, bars and attractions. Rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Mosquito coils on the verandah would be nice. A little more thorough cleaning, the bathroom exhaust fan was very obviously dirty as was the bathroom sink in need of a good scrub.

The scenery was beautiful and the actual place was lovely to look at and walk around, the view of the mountains around you is beautiful. AC in the room was brilliant.

Breakfast was poor, barely any variety. The cleanliness of facilities, especially the pool was terrible. The room we stayed in had bugs and other critters in it every night. We heard things scratching and rustling in the ceiling so there was obviously something in the roof. The main lady at reception seemed to be very false and made stuff up on the spot, when we arrived she told us we could go relax in the pool, then when we were about to leave reception she (after being told something by a male in Vietnamese) then told us that the pool was closed for “maintenance”, yet there was a family in the pool for at least and hour after this. The following day we asked if we could order some food at around 2pm and she said the kitchen was closed for “maintenance”. You can probably see a trend here, when I questioned her on the fact that everything seemed to be under “maintenance” yet there was still people using those facilities, her response was “because they are Vietnamese”. Which is a disgusting way to treat your guests, discriminating them because they are foreign? Yet we bring the money to your business.
