Location, layout, staff was very responsive and quick to take care of the shower plumbing issue within hours of a leak that took place out first morning here.

We requested an early check-in at 2, our train was late so we arrived T the 3pm check-in and the property had not been cleaned. On day 2 morning, 4 people showered between the 2 upstairs bathrooms and there was a waterfall in the hallway below. Unfortunate beginning to what ended up being a nice stay. It would be nice if there were extra blankets for the rooms as there was only a bedsheet on every bed. A few of us were very cold at night and there was only one blanket for 7 of us. We could had requested more and I'm sure the staff would have accommodated us.

IL FATTO CHE ALLE 14.30 LA CAMERA NON FOSSE NE' PRONTA NE' PULITA CON UN CHECKOUT RICHIESTO AGLI OSPITI ALLE 10 DEL MATTINO. PIU' VOLTE E' STATO CHIESTO DI FAR SAPERE CON PRECISONE L'ORARIO D'ARRIVO ANCHE SE L'ANDAMENTO DELLA NOSTRA GIORNATA POTEVA ESSERE "BALLERINO", EPPURE NONOSTANTE AVER CONCORDATO UNA CONSEGNA DELLE CHIAVI ALLE 14.30 (SECONDO GLI ORARI NORMALI DI CHECK IN, NULLA DI ANTICIPATO, ANZI)L'APPARTAMENTO NON ERA PRONTO. PER SCUSARSI AVREBBERO POTUTO CONCORDARE CON NOI UN CHECKOUT POSTICIPATO VERSO LE 11, MA COSì NON E' STATO, A RIPORVA CHE A VOLTE IL "DELUXE" NON E' NEGLI OGGETTI, MA NEI COMPORTAMENTI

Muy amplio.

Havia ruído de um motor constante dia y noche y imposiblito que algunos de nosotros descansaram bien.
