The balcony is so sweet. We got our breakfast and had it there and the apartment in general it was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Alessandro was so helpful, recommended some excellent places to eat at.

The property was just as expected! I loved the balcony and in unit washer with tons of space outside to dry clothes. The owner met us on time to receive the keys and gave us great local recommendations! Wonderful stay!
The unit was located on the second floor, however, the owner helped carry our bags up the stairs upon arrival. The park next door wasn't as well kept up as some of the other parks in the area.

Alex is a very welcoming and responsive host. He went out of his way to help us in an emergency situation, and was always available to answer questions or provide any needed/missing supplies. The apartment is comfortable and well-located to transit and the university, and the spacious balcony is an outstanding place to relax.
Apartment needs a bit of sprucing up here and there (e.g., nespresso machine wasn't very cooperative), although that would probably drive up the price a bit ;-). Nothing was bothersome, however, and we would/will happily return.

Host was really nice and available for info. The area is nice and very close to the center without being in the center.
Nothing.
