Bermonds Locke, Tower Bridge

Loved the bed linen- top quality- and the bed was very comfortable. Towels were also luxe- white and fluffy. Shower had good water pressure. The outlook from our room on the fifth floor was of beautiful trees- very relaxing. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have liked a coffee machine rather than sachets.

The location was good. The room set up is spacious and cute

The bed was uncomfortable and the material for the bedding was super warm and restricting. The elevator system was also really bad. One elevator was out multiple times during our stair and the stairs are only for emergency which is not handy

The staff here are lovely and very helpful and attentive. The little coffee place serves great coffee and cakes, and it is a nice peaceful haven very close to everything!

I stayed here previously in a double room and I loved it, but unfortunately the room I got this time was not up to scratch. It was not 100% clean, the layout was awkward, the tea was stale, and the TV was in a dangerous position. As we arrived late and only staying for a night, we were too tired to request a change of room and I didn't blame staff. It also had a camp bed taking up space that we had not requested. It was disappointing because I expected much better consdering the room I had the last time was really lovely, and this one was more expensive, so maybe just be careful what room you get here!
