This was one of the nicest places to stay in London, great location and excellent facilities at really great value. Would highly recommend.

Really nice property. The front staff was great! They greeted us nicely each and every time we came through. The room was clean, bright and spacious (OK the bathroom was tight, but fine). The room had a portable air conditioner, as advertised, which worked great. Having a washer and drier, as well as a full kitchen was really helpful during our stay. The location is ideal, right across the street from the Tower of London and maybe 100 yards from the Tower Hill Underground station. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great location! Staff were friendly and nice to talk to. Most attractions were a few tube stops away or walkable.

Have a lovely stay here. Received an upgrade to a massive room looking out to Tower Bridge. Downside is it's next to a really busy road and it's single glazing with secondary glazing but for one night it really didn't matter
