Great location, great sized place, perfect for a young family like us - it was very well equipped for a stay with a toddler. Such a beautiful building. Parking was fab too, all really convenient.
Could do with a refresh as it's slightly dated but really didn't affect our stay and for the price we were happy. We had a wonderful time here.

Spacious rooms
Allocated parking
Easy walk to the beach and town centre
Kitchenware could do with an inventory check for missing items and update damaged crockery, mismatched glassware etc
Instructions for bin collection need updating.

Easy access to town easy to find.
Roll out bed was not very sturdy so slept on the settee which was fine. Also the bed made the room very tight to get around

It was roomy and spacious. Location was handy although no view of much
The property could do with a shine, nothing was overly clean. The cutlery and crockery needed a wash before use , as looked like it was just rinsed and put away . The carpet was very badly marked and dirty , needs replacing as it made the place feel unclean , although the beds and linen were fine.
