Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere. Everything was clean and organized, and the staff made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good stay. Customer service was great I had a very good complementary breakfast. Room was very clean and ac was working perfectly.i felt very safe i would highly recommend

The room was nothing like the description on Booking.com. I was in the assumption that I had booked a "triple executive room" featuring a hot tub and a terrace with sea views. The booking also included a free shuttle service to the airport. However, in reality, the room was just a simple room with a standard washroom (with a few hiccups with the toilet seat and the shower). In fact, the entire hotel didn't have a hot tub, let alone sea views. I was also told there would be no airport shuttle service unless I paid 70,000 NR. I would like to advise the hotel to update their room descriptions on the booking app in order not to mislead people. The room itself was decent but far from what I was promised.
