Located in beautiful forested area.

TV remotes did not work and a few of the chairs were in need of repair. We had 5 people for 4 days and were initially provided with only 2 bags for the kitchen garbage can. Other than that, everything was set up for a great vacation.

Suncadia is a beautiful community and is locate a short 90 minutes from home. They have a great winery and good food at the restaurants on site. We love the trails and enjoyed the spa too.

This particular unit wasn't cleaned upon our arrival. We asked for an earlier check-in but the management company said that due to COVID they arent allowing any early check-ins so that they can make sure the unit is clean. sanitized and sits. That was a bunch of crap. The floors were stained and sticky, there were chips. popcorn, candy and macaroni all over the floor and counters. Kids finger all over the windown, TV, tables and appliances. There was no wifi available and no cable either. For the amount of money we spent, over $700 per night including fees, we feel completely ripped off!! Don't visit unit 201
