The location and cleanliness
Room 630 has a leaking shower head. This is the first time going to a hotel that’s reluctant to warm up food that’s required for my medical. The only staff that was helpful was the Asian ladies with hijab i forgot to ask of her name but she was diamond and helped a lot during breakfast time.

Had vegetarian food which was good
Didn’t like the whole gay pride thing being pushed on guests staying . It’s unnecessary. Menu for evening was very poor and not accepting cash wasn’t great either. Instead we went next door to premier inn for dinner and drinks and spent over £100 in cash !!!!
