Hampton Inn & Suites Lexington

This was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us with no problems! The staff was super friendly and provided exceptional customer service. This hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. Didn't even have to request extra towels because our bathroom was already stocked with them. The parking lot was well lit, at night. There are plenty of electrical outlets & USB outlets throughout the room & lobby. The lobby area is very nice to relax or eat if you don't want to eat in your room. They have the best stocked snack/pantry area, complete with a microwave, that I've seen at ANY hotel!! I highly recommend & will definitely stay there again!!

The breakfast was good just wished you had bacon.

Unfortunately for our room the people above us had kids we think. Either way they were stomping around the room till about 3 am. Thank goodness I packed ear plugs but my poor 1 year old grandson could not sleep till it stopped.

Staff was tacky. As mother of the bride, we included this hotel on our list of must stays for the wedding night. I booked a room for the bride and groom. After booking we were offered an upgrade because it was a honeymoon night. On the wedding night, before the new bride and groom could check in, the hotel staff started calling to ask if they were still planning to come, calling the bride as soon as the wedding was over with and letting her know she booked through a third-party site and maybe the wedding couple won’t have a hotel stay when they get there. The crazy part is the stay was prepaid. Tacky tacky tacky.
