Very friendly staff and great location
Could of been a little more clean and the fridge didn’t work in the room

The staff are kind respectful and helpful
We liked everything about the stay but there was no trash can in the room

Breakfast was good
We did not get towels on one of our day. We were given pool towels as there were no bath towels available. Trash was not emptied without being placed outside even though I requested room to be serviced. as we were there more than three days total.

Very close to fort Jackson. Main reason we chose this place because we wanted to be close to the army graduation.
When we got to our hotel room it was not cleaned at all there was wrappers everywhere and used towels in the bathroom floor, very gross tub. The lady in the front had to clean another room for us which took about 20 mins. After that room was good. Lobby and hallways smelled like cigarette and weed. Very hot lobby. And muggy
