Handy for the retail park with Vue cinema and dining at the Snow Goose. Well appointed kitchen area. Had to ask for extra pillows which we got, no bother. We were also given a desk fan (full marks to the chap on reception, we didn't ask, but he offered)
The heat! Even with the window wide open it was stiflingly hot, big thanks to the chap on reception who offered us a fan. Didn't notice until after booking that the beds are 3/4 size, we coped but it was a squeeze. Also, people were talking loudly outside in the early hours, not their fault we had to have the window open, but not ours either... So maybe reminder notices about being aware of waking others when the weather/premises are so warm.
