The back deck and porch was awesome! We sat outside on the deck by the lake everyday. I could feed the fish and turtles while watching the boats come by. The view was amazing. My husband BBQ'd and it was just peaceful. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

The wifi did not have a good connection and kept kicking me off. I was not able to do any work like I thought I would be able too. I also think there should have been a TV in the bedroom.

We would book again in a heartbeat 💓

The view out of the back door was lovely. Stepped right out on the deck over the lake. Very quiet and peaceful.

I didn't like that there are no locks on the inside of the front door. I couldn't get ahold of my host on arrival because the code wouldn't work and I couldn't get in. I had to go into town and rent a hotel for the night. But, the staff was very friendly and extended my stay an extra night plus reimbursed my hotel cost.

The location was very good. The weather was not always the best, lots of rain. The sliding door was not functioning well and there was no screen. it was a quite place, not much noise to bother. One problem, my wife found a spider, we think a brown recluse, on her neck after lying on the couch one evening reading. The floor in the bedroom appeared to have problems of installation. It sounded like the cereal with a snap, crackle pot sound as you walked across the floor. It was comfortable, but we felt it lacked some touches to make it worth the price. Mr. Patel was exceptionally nice, trying to supply all our needs that he could. We appreciated his help on several occasions. I don't want to sound negative, but I did ant to be honest.

Our room was not clean, the building looks trashy and needs repairs and the concrete patio needs to be pressure washed and a rail needs to be installed
