Great huge room for japanese standards, especially in this price range.
Views are really nice for Kyoto - we had a nice sightline over the city, mountains in the background and view of the passing trains as well as a clear view of toji pagoda.
Rooms are large and modern and amenities on the room are identical to those in much more expensive Royal Park facilities.
Especially the Japanese style bathroom was a very nice addition
Location is really convenient but the neighbourhood isnt the most attractive visually but it's in no way a big issue.
There should be more washing machines, it was very difficult to find a vacant washing machine

Great location - very quiet. 1 stop from Kyoto Station. Kombini downstairs. Starbucks next door. Lovely staff. Large clean room with 3 beds. Decent view.
As usual for Japan, no pool or gym.

Oh my GOD i do not know where to start!!! I loved this hotel so much, it felt so much like home, the staff were so nice and the rooms were so clean and nice. Loved the laundry room too! Especially loved the area. The convenience store right under it was my stop every morning before going out. A JR line station is very close to the hotel, also there is a park where you can sit and eat the things you got from the store. Very comfortable!!
