My husband, children and i enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Lynn and Harry's home. It is a perfect location with a pool a d hot tub on the intracoastal waterway. The house was clean and had everythjng we could have needed! The beach was a short walk (even for myself who is a marathon runner recovering from a torn hip flexor!) We felt like we had an actual week of relaxation and rest which we all really needed. Highly recommend this property!

Lynn and Harry were exceptional hosts. They are very kind and cared about our comfort. The house is within walking distance of the beach and everything is available from Lynn and Harry to enjoy the beach: umbrella, beach chairs, bodyboard, etc. The grocery store is just a few minutes' drive away. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We were lucky enough to see dolphins in front of the house. Thank you for everything. And as our teenager said, "Best vacation ever!"

Condo was exactly as described & hosts were great. Please checkout the welcome book in living room. We somehow missed this the first couple days, but it has a lot of useful info in it. In brief, great location & was able to walk to many things. Water Park across the street for those with kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay at this location. Super easy walk to the beach and great food options on your way there or back! Property was clean and well stocked.

The stay was absolutely beautiful. From the home being very clean to the pool and spa being relaxing. Did some fishing off the dock and had a great time. Owner was extremely nice. Definitely would stay again

Family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Great location with most everything in walking distance!

Incredible experience in Florida. Walking distance to ocean, and on the water with everything. Place was clean and roomy, we had our baby daughter and they even had a pack and play for us. Would book every time.

As usual our time was a blast. Lynn and Harry were attentive as they always are. Despite having a few chilly days, it was wonderful. The hot tub came in handy. This place is large enough to move around and has absolutely everything you need for a great time. You can walk to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We love this place!!! We will return!!!

We loved our stay at this wonderful home. Everything is so well thought out and Harry and Lynn are amazing Hosts. We have stayed at 3 different places in Indian Rocks and this is by far our favorite. We can’t wait to get back.

Our stay was perfect, from the moment we pulled in the driveway and met Harry until the morning we left. The house was clean and comfortable... There was enough space for us to spread out after being in the car for two days, but still small enough that the 10 year old couldn't hide out. Everything was in great shape and we're lucky we were able to pull the kids out of the pool. Everything is really within walking distance, and except for grabbing groceries the first morning, we never would've had to move the car if we hadn't wanted to. Harry and Lynn were warm, delightful hosts... If they'd adopt me, I'd happily live the rest of my days at this property Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of Intracoastal Paradise

We had a super nice stay. The owners are very very nice! The location was peacful and relaxing on the intercostal. We had cold weather so we didnt get to use the nice pool but the hot tub was a graet plus! Lots of beach items available for our use. Our only negative is that i assumed it had a washer and dryer but it did not. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! They have everything you need and more, plenty of beach toys and supplies, perfect for the short walk to the beach. Our girls loved the pool and hot tub. It was so nice to take the kayaks out on the intercoastal at our leisure or take the bikes out to explore. All around fantastic place to stay!

We were all very happy with our stay centrally located. Great view, we enjoyed the spa and we saw dolphins. Very cute place, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home on the intercoastal waterway. We were able to relax by the pool and go out on excursions daily. John and Lynn's home is close to everything you want to see. Far enough from clearwater beach to avoid the crowds yet close to good restaurants and great beaches. Their suite is filled with antique pieces that give you the feel of coming to visit your grandparents house (if your grandparents were cool af - they packed up the boat, gathered up their friends, and went scuba diving/spearfishing one of the days we were there! Awesome couple that truly knows how to enjoy their retirement! ) Everything you need for the kitchen, bath, and beach is already there so check in and look around before you go to the store! Which BTW is 5 minutes away (publix). Check out Guppy's for at least one meal while your there. It's only a mile or so away. Honeymoon island/caladesi island 45 minutes north for a great beach day. Even better was Fort Desoto St Park. 45 minutes south of this home. Great beach, great kayaking spot, and great swimming. Their home is ideally situated to visit everything from Tampa to honeymoon island to Fort Desoto state park. The beach access for Indian Rocks Beach is a very short walk away. Just like it's pictured in the listing. Within easy walking distance you'll find a beautiful beach, ice cream, a decent local brewery and restaurants. Ybor city is also 45 minutes away where you can see the historic downtown, ybor chickens in the streets, and good night life with too much alcohol and bad karaoke! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Jones' house and look forward to visiting the area again soon! I can't recommend this suite strongly enough! It ended up being one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had! Their pool, lounge chairs, comfy bed, and good AC right above the bed after the hot sunny beach days had a lot to do with how relaxed and at home I felt. My wife and I enjoyed our stay on our honeymoon! Everything was very clean when we checked in and they made the process really easy! We enjoyed the use of their beach equipment and other things we had access to, and it saved us money because we didn’t have to rent it or buy it. I would defiantly recommend staying here for your trip to the beach.

Lynn and Harry were lovely host! Everything was great. The only down side was that you house is close to the bridge and it can get loud with the traffic if you are planning to hang out by the pool. However, the pool area was great!!! I recommend this lovely home!

This place is excellent. We stayed here while moving our son to college. Lynn has everything you need for any situation. We watched the boats go by while we swam in the pool the first night. The next day we walked to the beach using all the gear at the house. Chairs, beach toys, towels, and coolers were all provided! The beach is beautiful and not busy. The house is comfortable and immaculate. We will be back!

My husband, our two boys and I absolutely loved our time at this property. The living area was a perfect set up. We enjoyed the pool for swimming, deck for fishing and the overall quaint feel of the area. Lynn and Harry are such nice people and were available for anything we had questions about. I highly recommend renting this place if you are looking for a low key, beautiful vacation.
