GRAND BASE Yakuin Odori

Location - fabulous. Its literally 3 mins walk from the subway/metro station and 20 mins walk to Tenjin. Very do-able. Facilities - it has everything we need. Fridge, microwave, stove, basic cooking utensil etc - even dish washing liquid and sponge is included - just bring your laundry detergent, coffee and tea. Fresh towels and garbage/rubbish removed can be requested after the third day. Surrounding area - its in a small alley but well lit and just across the car park. Lots of eateries around the vicinity so its great! Supermarket and Lawson is just round the corner. Bathroom is a good size with a large enough counter space. The room looks exactly as in the photos.

1) Since no early check in / check out is entertained, it would help if luggage can be left in a secured room at own risk. 2) It would be better if the bathroom/toilet at the lobby can be used (as a back-up!)

連泊時に床を掃除するコロコロカーペットが欲しい 連泊の場合は、トイレットペーパー等の予備を多くして欲しい

部屋は快適な広さにまず満足。 ロケーション的にも近くに飲食店が多くあり、スーパーもコンビニもあってとても便利な場所です。 駐車場が目の前にあり、24時間最大１２００円 天神へも徒歩で10分で行けるので、こちらを拠点にお買い物へ出掛けるのにもよかったです。

玄関ドアと部屋の仕切りがないので、外を歩く人の気配を感じたりがちょっと気になりました。 １階のエレベーターのすぐ横の部屋でしたので、夜遅くにドアチャイムが鳴り、誰が来たんだろう？とモニターを覗くと韓国人の方が見えて、、、また？？と思って様子をみていたら、エレベーターに乗って行ってしまいました。間違えてチャイムを鳴らしたのかもしれませんが、普通エレベーターのボタンと玄関チャイムのボタンを間違えることありますか？
