We stayed here in December and basically had the beach to ourselves. It's wonderful to walk down the stairs, take a few steps, and be on the beach. This truly is a great location. This is a pedestrian only beach, so it's nice and quiet without trucks all over. Great views from the windows, deck, and the beach is basically your yard. We found a lot of shells, were visited by a variety of birds, and saw several huge ships come into port. Highly recommend.

It was the perfect size for 2 and 2 fur babies. Perfect views, the house had everything we needed. We forgot our cards, well they had some. The fur babies could run free on the deck. We all had a great time.

On the pedestrian only beach. The whole area reminds me of a old beach community. We will be back!

Literally steps away from the beach .. maybe four steps! The house is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - perfect size for the two of us and our fur baby. My favorite part is the deck and the great view we had of the ocean and the jetty. Will keep this in on my favorites list!

We stayed at Surf Rider in 2020 and came back this summer for another 3 night stay. Property is in a great location- just steps from the beach. Kat, the host, is very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The pictures/description of listing were very accurate. Property was clean and we will be back!

Our birthdays are just before Memorial Day so we were looking for a place close to the water. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Only a minute to walk to the beach and when the heat or crowd got a little much, we could retreat to the overlooking deck. Interior was beautiful, well laid out and equipped. The host Kat stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions. Overall, an amazing stay and we're looking forward to doing it again!

Just steps away from the beach and walking distance to the jetty. The water was a little rough because of storms so we went sat on the jetty and watched the surfers. (This a good place to stay if you want to fish off the jetty). The house had everything we needed - the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils.

We were able t9 bring our dog and 4 year old grandson the best part for both of them was the gate at the top of the steps! Beautiful view and very quiet to ne able to relax. The only downfall was the rain.

If you are looking for an intimate place on the beach this it. It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Even more i loved that its pet friendly ❤️. Kat is a great host and very accommodating. I would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay except for the construction next door. The house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house and met all of our needs. It was steps to the beach and the outdoor shower was heated and very nice! It was just a bummer about that the construction next door. It was so loud, there was sawdust everywhere, and they had a massive dumpster out front due to the renovation that blocked the view to the water. We will definitely be back again when the renovation process on the other house is complete. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The outside has been well-worn by the salt and the sea, but the inside is cozy and perfect for 4. We had everything we needed and found ourselves right at home. The communication was excellent and flexibility was great, too! Thank you!

This property was excellently located! It truly is beachfront and very close to the jetty. The neighborhood was very walkable. The surf was fantastic. My only wish was that the outside of the property was as adorable as the inside it needs a little paint job, but if you overlook that, it’s truly adorable!

Perfect spot to enjoy salt water. Nice side deck kept us out of the winds. The beach is a few feet. Furnishings were fine. It’s Nov so an added bonus was the sense we were alone Just us on the beach mostly. No crowds. Nice time. Thanks Kat.

We LOVED staying in Surfrider! It’s a cute little house that is much closer to the water than we thought. The house has been updated and they really made it cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of! The deck is spacious with table and awesome tall chairs for sitting & watching the waves. Kat was an wonderful host and communicated well. We will definitely be back to this great find!
