Great location, great host (Biba), very comfortable and clean!

The rooms are in a perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik old town and the surrounds. They are within the city walls but not in a loud, central area. They were fitted out with all the amenities you could need on holiday. Biba, the property manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help look after us, giving us restaurant recommendations, help with airport transfers, and more.
The only small downside was that the rooms were a little bit smaller than we expected. It was a little tough to fit 2x people and 2x suitcases in there.

Excellent service and advise, consent, and recommendations from Franka and the one and only Biba. Truely entertaining and helpful. Uphill stairs upon arrival slowed this old geezer down a bit, but the downhill exit was doable. My daughter and son-in-law jetted upstairs and we all loved the central old town location near some great little restaurants. Rooms are modern and super clean. Transportation needs were arranged and helped us greatly.
My bad hip!

This apartment was just what we were looking for our one night stay in Dubrovnik. It was a perfect location in the Old Town and the room was just as it appeared in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for.
And as for our host, Biba, I can’t say enough. She was awesome and so helpful and friendly! She even helped carry luggage and gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. She even spent lots of time giving us recommendations on things to do and see on our next stop, Kotor. We felt like she went over and above with her assistance. 5⭐️ We highly recommend this place and host.
