Another nice stay at this facility

shuttle bus to BOS. access to T. I enjoyed the customary nice breakfast. The rooms are alwasys very nice. Convenient location. Clean facilities

Clean and comfortable, but parking an issue

The hotel/room was clean and comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. The bathroom (stall shower) was updated and clean. The continental breakfast was good, several options and liked that it was offered from 6am to 10am. Location was great as it was a short drive to Downtown Boston and historic sights.

One elevator was not working, but the hotel wasn't crowded so the wait wasn't bad. Parking lot is small and on a First-Come First-Served. Wasn't pleased with paying $20 for parking and almost didn't get a spot when we got back around 7pm. Spots are tight and concerned that someone would ding our doors. There wasn't enough towels in our room and asked for another set of towels, which they only provided a bath, hand towel and bath mat... no wash cloth, but we got that the next day. One of the front desk personnel seemed a little bothered and looked like she was documenting this in the computer as she asked for my room #, what I was missing, etc.. Made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Gutes Hotel

Das Frühstück war für USA-Verhältnisse gut, es Gab Wasser/ Kaffee/ Tee immer zur freien Verfügung. Sehr sauber.

Das Parken war sehr teuer, das Frühstück wurde mit Einweggeschirr angeboten.

Gutes Hotel in guter Reichweite zur Innenstadt zu für Bosten annehmbaren Preis.

Mit der Commuterrail erreicht man die Innenstadt in gut 15 Minuten. Daher ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ok (Waffeln, Bagel, Toast, Ei und Speck). Abhol-Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen ist inklusive.

Leider spielt der Umweltgedanke keinerlei Rolle. Pappteller und Wegwerf-Becher beim Frühstück. Zimmerservice nur alle zwei Tage.

This hotel and its service was by far the most disappointing experience. I would not return or reco

Location was disappointing- hotel in an industrial area with a few shops. Breakfast was quite shocking and the worst I’ve ever seen or could imagine. The presentation, the taste, the whole level of this establishment offering was at a level the Hilton known by myself would I believe be ashamed of. The use of paper bowels to serve breakfast, the use of low grade plastic utensils and left serving utensils all added to our unsavoury and discomfort at the hotel. The only benefit here was a comfortable bed.

Above I have expanded on the hotel disappointing service but I must also speak of the fact that we arrived at hotel by our own means due to the breakdown of the hotel phone/contact system yet we were not reimbursed.

Clean but noisy.

The property was super clean and the shuttle to the airport was great.

Right out our window was a trucking company that was backing up and moving trucks all night long. So there was beep, beep, beep noise the whole night and I barely slept.

Front desk lady at check-in seemed to be having a bad day. The shuttle took a long time to get to the airport (maybe traffic).

It was short and reassuring!

The staff was beyond nice and helpful. My family & I missed our flight and were unable to get my son Tylenol. 1 of the staff offered to bring me to the nearest Walgreens and helped me calm down. She was wonderful, even the woman Jacklyn at the front desk. (probably spelling her name wrong)

It was a good night’s sleep when they gave us a room away from the noisy traffic.

IT was clean and convenient with an airport shuttle. Nights sleep when we asked for a room away from the noise outside.

Bequeme Betten

Gute Verbindung zum Flughafen durch Shuttle, bequeme Betten, ausreichend Parkplätze, kostenfreie warme Getränke rund um die Uhr.

Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Spedition. Rund um die Uhr sind dort LKW zum auf-/abladen angekommen… das war schon sehr laut.

I will never use your holt again

I was very displeased with the staff and was greatly annoyed and the lack of help I received from the staff. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, the shuttle service available and the parking when I was away. I thought it would be convenient as I was traveling with my 92 year old mother. The lack of availability of parking and the “rules” to park were never explained anywhere on paper or by phone when I called to inquire. I was not given any other options in the area to park by the staff who were NOT helpful. I turned around and went home.

Ideal for early flight home

The location was good and shuttle was helpful

As we were up and on the shuttle at 4am. I asked for a takeout breakfast. I was told it would be pastries and a drink and a piece of fruit. It was two cold solid muffins and an apple. Didn’t eat them.

Great price near Boston airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as described and very spacious. Airport shuttle was available starting at 4am.

Other guests were loud in the hallway until 1 am.

Very convenient stop for an early airport flight.

Close to the airport with free shuttle starting at 4:00 am, which we needed. Also walking distance to a couple of restaurants. And they arranged an early to-go breakfast (bagged) for us!

Comfortable and clean facility.

New, modern and clean! Because I landed at the airport after provided shuttle service, they explained how to get a taxi at a reasonable rate.

Nothing! I got in around 1am and slept great. I can’t comment on breakfast buffet because I slept through it!

Nice, well maintained hotel. Gorgeous bathroom.

The breakfast was really having a bad time. They were out of plates and cutlery before 9:30, and there were no eggs and one sliver of potato for hot food. It needed to be managed way better.

Vive un beau bonjour ça coûte rien

Je n avait pas à me déplacer en auto pour faire mes courses. Très belle chambre. C etait propre .pas trop loin pour aller à Boston . ONT pris l autobus pour éviter le stationnement à Boston. Ce fut une très belle semaine

Je n ai pas son nom mais il y a une preposer de jours à l accueil qui n avait pas le sourire facile .au début de mon séjour. J y était du 6 au 12 janvier .mais a part ça c etait tres bien

Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons adoré

Navette gratuite vers aéroport d’où on peut prendre le métro pour aller en ville, déjeuner excellent tout les matins ( machines à gaufres, oeufs, saucisses et tout le reste du déjeuner continental) méga epicerie en face.

2 matins il a fallu attendre après le café, les oeufs, les ustensiles propres et il n’y avait pas beaucoup de clients. La demoiselle manquait d’expérience je crois.

It was another very positive stay at Hampton Inn!

I had a very early flight out of BOS, so wanted to sleep near the airport the night before and not have the hassle/inconvenience of getting to Boston in the week hours. I ended up taking an uber to Logan because I wasn't sure the courtesy shuttle would get me there with enough time. I do appreciate the fact that the hotel offers that, and it's not a knock on that service, just my own flight timing.

I had no complaints at all. Check in went smoothly. Check out went smoothly. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had ample hot water. That's all I require when traveling. I've come to rely on Hampton Inn to check all of those boxes for me.

Frustrerend…

Schone kamers, gratis koffie/thee ed, moderne sfeer. Korting op de betaling gekregen na klacht over geluidsoverlast.

Achter het hotel was een overslag bedrijf(?) met grote koelwagens waarvan de generatoren de gehele nacht stonden te draaien. Veel geluidsoverlast ervaren. Slecht geslapen. De vrachtwagens reden rond de middag weg maar voordat de avond viel stonden er weer nieuwe koelwagens.
