Excellent hotel. Read complaints about noise but it wasn’t any more noisy than most hotels. Bed was super comfortable. All employees were very professional and helpful. Shuttle service is a life saver and a great amenity to offer. Would stay here again and again.

Staff were very kind and shuttle bus was very easy to call for and schedule. The location is like 8 minutes from the airport, super convenient. The only thing is you can see the shower stall needs some work for sure. The plastic enclosure has mold in the bottom corners and caulking like an inch thick throughout where they've had water leakage likely. Besides that, very pleased with the hotel and the mattress.

Second time staying here as it's an affordable option for a Boston trip. Only 10 minutes from the Wonderland T station. It was a little loud the second night. The pool had to be shut down for maintenance so that was disappointing. Breakfast is good but ran out of waffle batter this morning.

Free Logan shuttle was huge plus. Hotel Nee and very clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating. We went to our room and door would not lock when we went to leave. Door was definitely broken and they put us in another room upon our request instead of waiting for repairs. Always check! Nice breakfast with variety.

Impressed by the attention the staff paid us to be sure we were cared for. The crew worked as a team, including the friendly shuttle driver.

Noisy. Staff doesn’t care if people are blasting music and are scared to confront them. Cars outside are also loud constant honking; don’t book if you intend to sleep.

Very prompt and friendly shuttle pickup and desk service. But with heavy luggage I was directed to wrong room, where key didn't work, so I had to trudge back to front desk for correction. Unfortunate after long transatlantic flight and missed connection.

Front desk person was late coming to the front desk (from a back room) then ignored the fact that I was there first and proceeded to serve two other customers first z& took a call and served other customers before completing my check-in.
Front desk person was noticeably rude and belligerent to me while being efficient and courteous to the other (Caucasian/White) customers even tho s/he was a person of color themselves.
More importantly, Wifi not working in the room (same person said it had been malfunctioning since 3:00 pm). This is really unacceptable since I rely on WiFi for connectivity for work & everything else

Property was clean and felt safe. We were disappointed that the advertised restaurant is no longer open, and that upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional $20/night just to park. Was very loud at night over the street (we were on the second floor), although the hotel did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help.

Modern hotel, met our needs. I saw other reviews about noise, this was not an issue during our stay. We slept fone through the night. The airport shuttle runs from 4AM to at least midnight. To be picked up call the phone number, press 1. To be dropped off reserve a slot the day before your flight. Worked perfectly. It's also a few feet from and enterprise rent a car or a $16 uber drive to downtown. No problem.

This was a one night stay prior to flying home. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located near Logan International Airport. I would recommend this property and would consider staying again.

Not a bad place on the inside. Outside surroundings is all construction local map has not been updated. No stores, restaurants or gas stations within walking distance under half a mile.

This hotel advertises airport shuttle that is a 10 min trip and comes often. We arrived after 9:00 pm at the airport after a long international flight. I called at 9:35 pm and was told a shuttle would be arriving within 10 minutes. We waited and waited and finally were picked up at 10:20 and did not arrive at our hotel until 10:40. Also the hotel is located right next to a parking deck/bus terminal and a tractor trailer distribution with traffic all night. Extremely noisy with air brakes, diesel engines and the beeping noise that buses make when backing up. The hotel must know this noise problem full well as they did provide one set of earplugs on the bedside table for two guests. It was NOT helpful.

I loved this hotel! The only thing I wished they had was a little market with some options of food to cook since I had a sweet little kitchenette. Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and cozy even!

Lots of sirens, sink dripped, sink cold water did not flow, toilet paper holder was loose and roll kept falling off.

This hotel was super clean. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The location isn’t the best. It’s not very walkable since there isn’t much to do within walking distance. Also, there is a $20 charge a day for parking… beware. Parking was plentiful the entire time during our stay, so not sure why there was a charge. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
