Manager Joana was very kind and courteous to my wife and I during our two night stay. She let us stay an additional two hours when asked. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will be coming to this hotel again when visiting Boston.

We had a nice time at this hotel. We had an issue where there was something really nasty on the bed sheets and hair. That was concerning, but they gave us new sheets and compensated our parking. I’m glad they took action. After that, everything was great. It’s a very quiet and comfy hotel! They have good coffee too. Despite the bed issue I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel is clean and quiet ! Front desk very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights over there and the room was not serviced. Not sure why, maybe you have to ask for it. On Saturday night , we had problem parking our car because the parking space is limited. Breakfast was great!

The lady at the breakfast was so nosey she even come in between you and food you Google you if you trying to take an extra piece coffee was cold and burned apples were rotten from I side it happened all three morning

The Fairfield had a flood and they booked us at the Hilton Garden Inn -- same price convenient location. All well done

The staff team is so nice! In particular the lady from the breakfast area, Melanye. She very nice, kind and has smile in her face all the time. The breakfast so diversified and good. They have gluten-free options too. It’s amazing. The rooms are very clean and the beds, very comfortable.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and extended our stay an additional night. We got back to the hotel after midnight, and our room cards did not work when accessing the entrance. We were let in, then our room cards did not work when we accessed the elevator. The hotel staff member gave us new cards because the original ones were not extended for the additional night. Ok. No big deal. But when we got to our room, at 12:30 AM, we noticed that housekeeping had not come in so our beds were unmade, the garbage and recycles were not emptied, and we had no clean towels. Not really the end of the world, but when paying $400 a night, I should not have to make beds or go without a shower, especially after spending a 12 hour day in Boston

I missed a connection from Boston to my home and had to stay from for a short overnight . The evening staff was friendly and arranged a shuttle to Logan for my friends and me at 4am. They offered us coffee in the morning while we waited. The room was clean, quiet and bed comfy . Excellent service!

Clean room and comfortable beds. I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. The shower door in our bathroom was about to come off and I thought it was a bit pricey for the night but overall it was OK. Reception only had 1 person at a time, despite busy hours like Friday at check in time (3pm) which was a bit frustrating but the staff was very nice.

The property is nice and clean, pretty recently updated. The breakfast was excellent, certainly above average. The only reason I didn't give them all excellent marks was they didn't provide a shuttle from the Airport.. only drop off at the airport. That should be clearly noted. I asked for some assistance in getting a taxi and they were no help.

You should know that they will only clean your room on the third day of your stay. They don’t make your bed, give fresh towels, nothing.

They charge $15 per night for parking which is probably disclosed somewhere in Expedia's fine print but I didn't see if when I was booking the room. Very expensive and staff was unfriendly when we checked in. The staff the next day was much better and very helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay here! We arrived a little earlier than expected and our room wasn’t ready so we had to get cleaned up for our day in the public restroom by the lobby.. while they were trying to clean it. They were so gracious to allow me use it when most would close you out. Many thanks!! The rooms are modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and bright and the parking is only $15/day and includes in/out privileges. We took advantage of their hot and delicious breakfast bar every morning which features one alternating hot item, while the others remain constant. ALL of them were delicious!! Shoutout to Melanie who kept the coffee bar stocked and an amazing place to visit daily. We also loved the oatmeal bar. What great options!! We will come back again! Great hotel and great people!!
