Overall, the property was nice. The inside had been recently renovated, the location on the canal was great-we brought our boat. I do think it’s overpriced for what you get, but that seemed to be the case for most in the area. The biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom sinks. They made the entire house smell like a public restroom for our entire stay. It was bad enough that I had to keep the bedroom ceiling fan and our portable fan running constantly to help with the odor.Multiple maintenance workers came to the property while we were staying there. The pool service and someone using a leaf blower. The pool wasn’t dirty, and the leaf blower actually blew debris back into it. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and have never had routine maintenance done while the property was occupied. Unless it’s an emergency, this should really be scheduled between guests. There were also several maintenance issues. The smoke detector in our bedroom was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, we weren’t even sure it was functional. The front screen door was hanging on by one screw, so we couldn’t use it. My husband ended up fixing the door so we wouldn’t be blamed for the damage. The cleanliness could have been better as well. I dropped something beside the bed and noticed the areas under the bed and nightstands hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The updated interior gives a great first impression, but the overall experience didn’t match the price point.

Gorgeous place and great location. Pricey but worth it.

Great house on the canal where we tied up our 21’ boat for a week. Clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to spend the evenings.

We absolutely loved the home. Perfect for a getaway. My partner and I plus 2 dogs spent 4 weeks at 225 willow..we cooked almost every night the kitchen had every thing you could need. The pool was beautiful and the location was perfect. 2 blocks to the beach several blocks from restaurants and shops. We highly recommend
