Excellent location! Right off the main road through Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking. Super easy to get in/access the apartment. Beautifully decorated! Nice view and sunset at night. Excellent size for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room). Kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. We did have to go buy trash bags though because only 1 was provided. There is an indoor pool and indoor hot tub in the building (1st level) which was super nice to have access to! Host was very responsive with questions.

Showers and bathtubs were not clean. Quite a bit of mold/soap scum build-up. We didn't feel comfortable using the jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Otherwise, it was very clean!

The condo is very nice. We liked the large bathroom in the front bedroom. The location was wonderful. We thought it was furnished nicely. A plus is the pool and hot tub!

We thought from the description that there was a real fireplace, but it is fake.. There are repairs that need to be looked into. The fan in the front bedroom can't be adjusted. It goes on high speed. The stopper in the bathroom sink is broken. I really don't think those cleaning are doing heavy duty cleaning..Like occasionally dusting doors, baseboards..around the floor edges. You might invest in softer linens for the beds.

The place was a wonderful place to stay! Location was beautiful. We love visiting Pigeon Forge! We enjoyed our stay up until last night.

We are displeased with being locked out for over 2 1/2 hours last night. There were storms coming in and our son who is Autistic was getting very upset and scared. I was also having an Asthma Attack due to the Chlorine being so strong in the indoor Spa Tub. It happened when the jets were turned on. We had put our clothes on over our bathing suits and therefore our clothes were wet and we were very uncomfortable. My rescue inhaler was in the place of stay and luckily I was able to get my breathing back under control but I still needed it as soon as possible. It took a while to get the Chlorine fumes smell from my lungs. Paige did her best with us and was very apologetic about what was happening.

Close enough to the parkway but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

The toilet is a little close to the vanity in second bathroom. We had to buy toilet paper. A few little things left behind from previous guest. The hot tub in the condo unit wouldn't heat up.

The facility was clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen for all our meal prep needs, perfect location, gorgeous views!
