El departamento era muy comodo, tenia todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Tv, lavadora y utensilios. La decoracion era bonita. A solo 10 minutos en auto del centro de la ciudad y a solo 5 minutos caminando del supermercado Lidl (que es el que recomiendo visitar).
Frente al edificio habia una construccion y habia algo de ruido. Se escuchaba mucho lo que hacia nuestro vecino. Pero todo lo demas muy bien en el departamento, pedro y rodrigo muy amables ya que nos dejaron entrar una hora antes del check in.

Appartementen was schoon mooi en had alles wat je nodig hebt het team achter dit appartement is geweldig en mee denkend.. alles ging via whatsapp. De douche kop was niet goed en werd gelijk vervangen. Ze dachten mee met bagage heen en terug reis. Lieve mensen! En bij aankomst stond er een fles wijn en iets lekkers klaar.
In de nacht wel wat herrie van buiten. Snachts rond 3u half 4 wordt het vuil opgehaald.

Heel mooi, sfeervol en schoon appartement! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Centrale ligging en in principe alles op loopafstand (als je van lopen houdt). Heel veel eettentjes in de buurt en overal heerlijk gegeten (o.a. brunch & bites wat ons betreft echt een
aanrader) Communicatie met Rita, Pedro en Rodrigo was top! Reagaren super snel en zowel voor de reis als tijdens de reis van informatie voorzien over eten, drinken, bezienswaardigheden.
Als je in de avond aankomt vraag je je in eerste instantie wel een beetje af waar je bent beland, de straat straalt niet echt een gezellige sfeer uit evenals de buitenkant van het appartementencomplex. Dat wordt helemaal goed gemaakt als je het appartement binnenkomt, dat wel. Het appartementencomplex is erg gehorig, op de huisregels staat om 22.00 stil, wat wij zo goed als hebben geprobeerd. De buren hebben daar minder rekening mee gehouden, daarnaast hoor je ze letterlijk praten. Ook handig om te weten is dat de vuilnisman om 01.00 langs komt om vuilnis op te halen/ glasbak te leggen.

The flat is charming and the bathroom is very cool and stylish.
All flat the decoration is very cosy.
There was a welcome basket that we found very thoughtful.
There are nice, positive and warm messages on the placard on the falt hallway
There are guidance rules for check in and check out.
The check in is smooth and our flight arrived late and we considered this a plus.
There was a rubbish smell on the building at the night we arrived, perhaps because the garbage bin is kept inside the building.
The flat is very tiny, and there is not even a division for a bedroom.
We also were not fans of the location. Loads of drug dealers near the "escadarias do monte and nearby"...
There is no lift....when you are carrying luggage this not pleasant
