I traveled with me and my boyfriend and upon arrival to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and had an attitude when we came in. We received no type of greeting and after getting our door key, she did not even help us with where to go to get to our room. Then when we entered our room there was a dead roach laying under the sink. later that night, the lights in the hotel continuously shut off in our room all night. this is unacceptable from a hotel which I expected had higher quality than the raunchy motels elsewhere.

The cleanliness of the room and the beds are comfortable.

Above the shower head around the wall could stand for some paint.

our room didn’t have curtains on the window, no iron or ironing board in the rooms, no blow dryer, no maid service, the bed looks and slept like it was a pull out air mattress, two pillows on the bed, I needed at least two pillows more on the bed, my head was to low, the socket was not working near the stove to plug up a cell phone :(.

a roach was in room and bed wasn’t to comfortable
