The elevator was right at our door and makes a terrible noise when door opens or closes. Need some work

The AC unit fan relay is very loud, needs to be rubber mounted or covered cause it would wake the dead. Grille in bedroom needs to be rotated 180 cause air blows strong on the bed, we covered it to ease the big wind

This condo was every bit as beautiful as shown in the pictures! Coffee & snacks were provided, plenty of towels, beach chairs & boogie boards. I will definitely stay here again!

There were beach chairs and towels. The only negative was the air vent blew straight on the bed so it got a little cold but I brought a extra blanket so we were good.
We parked in the lot next door to load up for an early morning checkout and our car was towed…had the lot been full I would have completely understood but it wasn’t full at all. So $200 later and an hour delay we were finally in the road. That was the only downer our stay.

The condo was very clean, very bright and cheery. Beautiful view of the ocean! Great location, easy to get to anywhere. Condo had everything we needed, except a full length mirror, my only suggestion.

Meridian Plaza is one of my favorite places to stay in all of the Grand Strand Area. This is definitely one of the nicest units in the tower. Everything was clean, new, and as described in the listing. I look forward to staying here again soon.

This property was simply p-e-r-f-e-c-t!!!! Location was ideal for shopping, dining and entertainment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The property was clean and exactly as described. The other guests in the facility were friendly and similar to us. No rowdy young groups, no intoxicated adults, no loud guests .... peaceful and respectful vacation. The property where we stayed has very thoughtful owners. It's the little things you notice like air freshener in the bathroom, snacks and coffee packs in a basket in the kitchen, quality chairs in the balcony. We will definitely go back.

This property was great! Had a great view and was walkable to a lot of places. They go above and beyond on having things you may have forgotten. They had beach chairs, bougie boards, umbrellas and towels for the beach.
I did request to check out late and never got a response. However I did request it they day before so it may have been too short of a notice.
Also would've been nice had the stove top came with directions. Very cool but had to YouTube how to work it.
Overall it was a great place to stay!

Location was perfect! We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a volleyball tournament at the MB convention. Very short drive (1/2 mile) which made it convenient to come back to the condo during breaks. Parking was also very easy and directly across the street from the condo. Condo was clean and the views were perfect!

This was our first VRBO rental and we were very pleased with how clean and well kept the condo was. We will be looking at this property in future stays in the area.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and found the condo to be clean and comfortable with a surprising amount of amenities, and the ocean view was the absolute best. It’s like the entire living area is filled with a view of the ocean.

We stayed here for 3 nights, check in process was easy, seems secure, code to get into building and then your room. Room was very clean, used all available space for guests, had quality furniture on the balcony not cheap plastic chairs. King bed, nice bathroom, LR/kitchen. Well equipped kitchen with ice makeer in fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot.
Few issues - bed not very firm, mold on bathroom shower door frame and toilet kept running like the flapper valve was catching on the chain. Ice machine for building not working.
The entrance to the building is very tight and not made for full size pickups, nor is the garage, only had about 3 inches space above my cab. Owner might emphasize that in the listing as no other place to park. The room could use a full size wall mirror for the ladies. Also maybe a K-cup coffee maker.

Me and my husband loved everything about our condo!! It was beautiful and so clean and comfortable! We also loved the nice deck to be able to go out on to watch and listen to the ocean!! We have no complaints at all about staying here!! Our condo had everything well stocked with linens and kitchen items as well!! We loved it and had a great time! Cannot wait to come back again and stay here one of these days!

So clean with a beach view. The VRBO app wasn’t working when we got there, but I called Tom and he answered right away and was very helpful. The property is great- indoor and outdoor pools and hottubs and steps to the beach. Walked to restaurants. We will stay here again.

Had the most pleasant experience with this property from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, the condo was exactly how the pictures listed. The checkin process was extremely smooth and easy and the place was incredibly clean. We will definitely be going back here the next time we are in the area. Thank you!!!!
