Great location, friendly staff, clean
Would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room

The hotel is in a great location. It’s very clean and well put together. The staff is friendly and it’s literally right by the trail head.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email but it turned to be ok.

Cain is the best. And the LA CASONA DE PALMIRA is perfect. The staff is welcoming, the food is amazing, the rooms are quaint...cute, clean, the beds are really comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about Palmira and Cain.
Nothing. It's a perfect spot.

Good location for Cares Trail in a beautiful part of the park.
Poor sound insulation. Could hear everything going on in room next door.
