The house was a great choice in that it was all very clean, the beds were pretty comfortable, had everything we needed. The best part was the convenient location.

We met in Nashville for Christmas. Property was perfect for adult children to have their own spaces with spaces for us to be together.

This property is identical to the pictures. Served as a great home away from home. Loved its proximity to downtown..less than 10 minute Uber ride. Plenty of towels for each bedroom which was nice! Plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out. Ashley and her team were responsive and check in was a breeze. The garage will fit two suvs, but it takes some parking skill! We’d stay here again!

Our stay was great! There were 6 adults, 2 small kids (3&3mo) plenty of room to spread out. We had the kids up on the top floor and below you couldn't hear a peep. Downstairs is great for visiting, plenty of seating and counterspace for food. Garage is also huge perk, especially with it starting to get cool when we visited in October. Another huge perk was having a laundry room, do your laundry before you get home.

This rental was perfect for our group. House was clean and very roomy. Easy ride to downtown via Uber or cab. Quiet neighborhood. Would def stay here as group again!!

We stayed here during our girls trip and everyone LOVED it!! The location is perfect and just an easy Uber ride to Broadway and the airport. The house was adorable and clean and plenty of mirrors for all girls to get ready. Also leading up to our stay the host was quick and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything went great the whole weekend. Visited a couple local establishments as well as downtown. Place was perfect everyone had their own rooms and could gather together inside or outside. Does need some new and additional cooking pans and silverware but we made it work.

Very spacious. Very clean. Just as described and pictured. Easy location to get to things we wanted to do. Appreciated the garage spaces. Good communication with property management. Could benefit from a few more kitchen/cooking implements.

This house was absolutely beautiful! The beds and pillows are amazing so comfortable no one wanted to get out of bed every morning! It’s in a good area with just a short 10 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean three story home located in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are large, Two have private bathrooms. Kitchen has the basics so if your planning on cooking, may need a few extras. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Need car or Uber to town and grocery store. We had a car so drove downtown. Parking on average is 10.00 an hour or 45 for the day. Laura is a super host and was helpful in answering any questions. Would definitely stay again. I slept on third floor and loved being able to get my steps in. You won’t be disappointed.

Came into town for the CMA fest. We had a group of 8 and Berry Hill was perfect. Bedrooms were separated and private. Bathrooms were spacious and well supplied.
We had a quick commute from downtown and loved the quiet neighborhood. Will definitely come back!

Very nice house! Big enough for a big family. Great location not to far from downtown Nashville. If you plan on cooking bring some extra pans and cooking utensils. It was nice having a washer and dryer going home with clean clothes! Would definitely recommend staying here!

My siblings and I surprised our Mom for her retirement by booking this property. We were very excited when we first saw the house but there were somethings that disappointed us! The oven didn’t work and fireplace on outdoor patio didn’t work either! The area rugs haven’t been vacuumed in God knows how long! We couldn’t use ceiling fan in master bedroom for fear that it would come down on us! Seems like it wasn’t hung properly. Lots of hair all around base boards and floors too! I felt like the cleaning fee is much to high for what I saw at first impression! It would’ve been nice if the property owner/manager answered my emails too!
