This was our 2nd stay here and its still just as perfect as it was the 1st time!

Very nice property with a double garage. Close to 8 south with lots to do.

This house was super gorgeous! The location was really close to everything and there was a card for a party bus, Marilyn’s Party Bus, that was 10/10! We used her for all of our outings.
The rooms were super cool and the beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony but we were sad we couldn’t get the fireplace to work.
There were some scuff marks on the walls from previous visitors, but nothing crazy. We were a little put off with the bar fridge- there was a full case of beer with the caps off. The only other thing is the trains that come past the house at all hours. They blow their horn really loud to get people off the tracks, but once we were asleep, I didn’t notice it. Talking to the host was really easy and quick. The check in and check out process was really easy too. Overall, it was awesome and we will definitely stay here again when we return!!

The property was clean and nice. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We had plenty of room, towels and essentials in the kitchen to prepare meals. Location was near shopping and grocery stores. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to downtown.

Our family and friends stayed here during CMA Fest. Great location, clean, accommodations were great for 2 families! They responded ASAP when the AC unit wasn’t working when we arrived but they sent a worker out and it was back up and running within the hour. Highly recommend!

The place suited our group of 8 well. Short 10 minute urber to downtown. Nicely decorated. Actual neighborhood is a little sketch.

This property was excellent for our stay of 8 adults. The 4 couples all had a bedroom with 2 couples sharing a bathroom. The location worked well for us, close to downtown and grocery store. I would recommend this location to all!!

Also we had a bunch of girls walk into our apartment that had the wrong apartment. However they got in using the same code to there apt garage. I would suggest having different codes fir each garage opener. They stated they couldn’t get into the front door using the provided code and we also could not get in using the. Ode we were given. This wasn’t a big deal because we just used the garage. All together we had a great trip . Thanks!!

Our stay at this property was okay. The fridge and living room walls were dirty when we arrived. The bathrooms smelled like urine. The upstairs balcony was nice but there were missing cushions on the couch and a big hole in the rug that caused a huge tripping hazard. There was no key to turn the fireplace on. The furniture was very beat up. I just expected more for a new property.
I did get an email from the property manager asking how my stay was going but when I replied with a question I didn't get a response back.
The location was a short uber ride away from everything we wanted so that was great!

Our stay at this property was okay. The fridge and living room walls were dirty when we arrived. The bathrooms smelled like urine.
